Day to day, we manage and maintain large complex networks with multiple servers through to single server business and everything in-between. A complete IT dept in a box, providing managed support, managed services, cybersecurity, connectivity and voice services to a wide range of businesses and industries.

Simon founded Aztec in 2001 and has spent the past 18 years developing the business as a Managed Service Provider.

Simon focuses on ways to improve our client experiences and looking for opportunities to develop quality and service offerings.

As Financial Director, Louise is responsible for ensuring our financial position is accurate and healthy.

Louise works with the senior team to develop our financial and commercial strategies in line with company goals.

Technical Manager

Chris oversees the service desk to manage and develop a growing team of 1st and 2nd line support technicians.

Day to day, Chris ensures client issues are resolved within set SLAs and develops our technical best practices and processes.

2nd Line Support Team Leader

Dan leads a growing team of 2nd line techs and is responsible for the 2nd line project deliveries.

Day to day, Dan manages our more complex server enviroments including clustering and HyperV Virtualisation.

Dean Briggs

Dean Briggs

1st Line Support Team Leader

Dean is responsible for our 1st line techs, the people you’ll likely speak with during your first contact for support issues.

Maintaining speedy call pickup times and managing a busy helpdesk are Dean’s primary focus.
