Client satisfaction is a crucial indicator of performance for any service-based industry, and Aztec is no exception to ensuring our clients are satisfied with our service and support levels.

Our systems automatically send a simple, one-click review request with every service ticket we resolve. Clients click on one of three smileys to indicate how they feel about the service received during the service ticket. Optionally, a short review can be left to provide more context or praise for individuals.

We’re very proud of our high client satisfaction scores, and these are published here. Our CSAT information is automatically updated and synced every few hours from our CSAT platform.
