Aztec’s RMM platform monitors devices and detects issues proactively and in near real-time. A ticket for any issues found will be logged in our helpdesk, allowing techs to address the issue, often before the client is aware of any problem.
We set up monitoring and maintenance plans that automatically resolve common service issues like failed critical services. This keeps our clients’ IT systems up and running.
Alongside monitoring, Aztec deliver scheduled patching, updates and maintenance to your servers, desktop computers, remote workers laptops as well as routers, switches and access points.
