There are several ways to raise a support request with us, all of which are super easy to do. All the details can be found on our Contact Us page. There is a short form for submitting a ticket and our support phone numbers are also listed. If you are an existing client, you can also directly email our helpdesk. The helpdesk and office are open and staffed weekdays 8am to 5pm.
A voicemail service will allow you to leave a message if you call outside of these hours, and messages are picked up the next working day. If you have a business critical or emergency support issue, there is an option to use our out of hours support, please listen to the message carefuly.
Tickets submitted out of hours will send you an automated confirmation of your ticket number, and the ticket will be picked up the next working day.
