Hello I’m Nikki and I am proud to be the Personnel Manager at Aztec.
I have a background in all aspects of customer support and have a passion for people! I have transitioned from the Service Desk Manager to my current position, where I will focus on our most valuable asset, our people!!
During my working career, I have realised the importance of being in a supportive work environment. My role isn’t just about hiring new people, its also to ensure each member of the team feels valued, motivated and able to deliver the exceptional service we strive to provide to our clients. This will include providing an environment where people feel they are valued. I have always been known as a People person and am looking forward to using this passion in my role moving forward.
In my personal life, I enjoy travel especially somewhere hot, love the sun and feel at home when near the sea. I am a keen Modern Jive dancer, only a beginner but enjoying every event and lesson, not sure you will see me on Strictly but I can dream!
