Finance Director
I have looked after the finances and procurement at Aztec since 2010, building strong relationships with our suppliers and financial partners. After 12 years I was delighted to welcome Michael to the team as our Finance Manager in 2022, and he is now overseeing the day-to-day running of the department.
Now that it is in good hands, I have found that I have been able to shift my focus towards the people that make Aztec a successful business. Reviewing HR policies and processes within the business and taking a more active role in people management I find myself undertaking a new and exciting challenge as I strive to make sure that our staff feel valued and supported.
