Today, as Managing Director, I ensure that our team and the services we deliver are aligned with our client’s needs and that Aztec is their trusted technology partner.
All my working life, my roles have been customer service focused, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction is a core attribute of how everyone at Aztec approaches client partnerships.
I’ve always had a keen interest in technology and was always happy to be the ‘IT Guy’ for my employers before I started Aztec in 2001. Working with large corporate networks gave me a deeper understanding of access control, security and exposure to a wide range of technologies.
In today’s cloud and hybrid working environments, delivering the magic balance between security and usability runs through Aztec’s DNA. My management team have been instrumental in obtaining and retaining two ISO standards that help achieve this and ensure the continued success of our client partnerships.
